What is GetGo?

GetGo is a lifestyle rewards program that allows you to accumulate points on your everyday spending (on groceries, utilities, gasoline, etc.) and redeem those points for a free flight.

 

 

Who can enrol in GetGo?

Membership is open to anyone, regardless of nationality and residency.

 

 

Is there a minimum age requirement to enrol in GetGo?

No, however Minors under the age of 18 are required to provide the membership number of their parent or legal guardian during enrolment. This is for the purpose of linking both accounts together, so that the parent or guardian would have a copy of the notification sent to the minor.

Is there a membership fee for enroling in GetGo?

Yes, a membership fee of Php150 applies. You may be required to make payment at point of application or after logging in to the GetGo website, depending on the enrolment method that you have chosen.

 

 

What is the purpose of the card?

The GetGo membership card is physical identifier of your membership in GetGo.

 

 

How do I get the card?

When you enrol via the GetGo website, the card is already included and you can arrange for it to be delivered to your preferred address in the Philippines. You may also order your card after logging in to the GetGo website.

 

 

How many points will I get on a flight?

You will earn 1 GetGo point for every 5 Philippine Peso (or equivalent) spent on the base fare and select add-ons with Cebu Pacific Air or Tigerair Philippines. Note that there is no partial earning of points allowed, and the earn mechanics may be varied at any time without prior notice.

 

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for a flight (including add-ons) with Cebu Pacific Air or Tigerair Philippines.
