PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

3. The Cardholder must pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of this exclusive offer:

4. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

5. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.

6. The offer is valid for dine-in, take-out, and pick-up transactions. For pick-up transactions, Cardholders can call the branch in advance to place their orders.

7. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Burgoo shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
